These systems were tested, proved and validated by our customer in #fluitecnik, The products were packed and shipped to the customer, ready for operation at the final destination.

Before we know it, we are already closing January 2024. Time flies!!!!

We publish a #project carried out by the #eam #fluitecnik in the last months of 2023, consisting of several vertical doors, operated by a pneumatic cylinder, to provide safe passage from one work area to another.

We share some photos of the process, from the design agreed upon with the 1TP5Engineering of the client, #manufacturing  #supply 1TP5Installation  y 1TP5Setting in operation at the final destination.

WEEKLY PHOTO - 

Recently #fluitecnik attended the new premises of #smc in Vitoria, taking part in a meeting with the main distributors in Spain and Portugal.
On the other hand, and within a few days of each other, #fluitecnik y #smc organised a technical meeting with customers, focused on SMC's range of solutions with electric axles. We would like to thank all our customers who gave us part of their time to get updated on this technology and visit our facilities. We share with you some pictures of both events. #fluitecnik#smc, The two companies have been bringing innovation and service to the industrial market for more than 30 years.

Following on from the publication of #projects The following benchmarking exercises have been carried out in recent months by the #eam from #fluitecnik. This time it is a test bench for leak testing of valves.
#fluitecnik was responsible for defining requirements together with the customer, designing and manufacturing the bench mechanically, hydraulically and electrically. Once it had been pre-accepted by the customer at our facilities, it was put into operation in the customer's laboratory.

We continue with the publication of #projects The following benchmarking exercises have been carried out in recent months by the #eam from #fluitecnik. This time it is a hydrostatic system for injection and cooling of a machine by means of oil. In this project #fluitecnik has taken charge not only of the 3D design of the hydraulic systems, but also of the electrical part that powers and controls the equipment, giving the customer a more complete and global service.
