Fluitecnik is looking for a Sales Engineer in Madrid with experience in the industrial sector to join our team in a leading company in distribution and automation. We specialise in advanced solutions for hydraulics, pneumatics and robotic installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling technical solutions to customers, providing a comprehensive service tailored to their needs.
The main objective will be to identify and develop business opportunities, providing customised technical solutions for customers in the industrial sector. You will work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive support, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
What will you do at Fluitecnik?
- Advise customers on the best solutions in hydraulics, pneumatics and robotic automation.
- Prepare budgets together with the engineering department and present commercial proposals
- Supervise the progress of projects to ensure compliance with deadlines and technical specifications, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Wind Energy Production Operator

What will you do in Fluitecnik?
You will be part of our Production team, participating in the assembly and testing of industrial equipment for wind turbines:
- You will assemble and test hydraulic blocks, accumulators, cylinders, pitch systems and hydraulic groups.
- You will carry out tests on hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic test benches, adjusting parameters and ensuring final quality.
- You will collaborate in the assembly of cooling towers and motor pumps.
- You will ensure traceability and quality at every step of the process, following strict technical standards
What are we looking for from you?
- Middle or Higher Vocational Training in Mechanics, Electricity or Renewable Energies.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electricity.
- Experience with manual, electric and dynamometric tools.
- Ability to interpret plans, manufacturing orders and technical manuals.

Your day-to-day work:
You will maintain machinery and installations, resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns, collaborate with other departments to ensure production, and record interventions and inspections carried out.

- Experience in industrial maintenance and technical training (VET or similar)
- Knowledge in mechanics, industrial electricity and machine tools
- Availability for 5th shift (6 working days + 4 rest days)
