What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?

You’ll be part of the logistics team, where your work will be key to ensuring everything runs smoothly:

  • Management of delivery notes, work orders and logistics documentation
  • Preparing orders for customers and liaising with the transport provider
  • Internal supply to production
  • Receipt, unloading and checking of materials
  • Stock and inventory control using computer systems
  • Forklift truck operation for the correct loading, unloading and movement of goods.
  • Maintaining order, cleanliness and proper organisation in the warehouse
  • Compliance with safety and quality standards

What are we looking for in you?

Experience and expertise

    • Previous experience in warehousing or logistics, managing delivery companies and logistics documentation
    • Experience in an industrial or metalworking environment would be an advantage
    • Valid forklift licence
    • Computer skills

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for the operation of the Industrial Engineering department, leading a team of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic engineers, and ensuring the technical development of tenders and projects, meeting the cost, deadline, functionality and quality objectives agreed with the client.

  • Lead and develop the engineering team

  • Prioritising, preparing and overseeing engineering bids for clients, a particularly important part of the role.
  • Participate in the technical dialogue with the client, understanding needs and implementing solutions.
  • Coordinate the launching of orders and the technical follow-up of projects.
  • Guarantee that developments comply with current regulations and EC requirements.
  • Work in a cross-cutting manner with other areas to ensure the progress of projects.
  • Promote continuous improvement, departmental organisation and transfer of technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to technological innovation and the development of new industrial solutions.

What are we looking for from you?

  • Engineering degree or Master's degree.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Handling of Solidworks design tools, ESPLAN, ERP and office environment.
  • Good office automation skills, especially in data management (Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience in industrial environments or industrial service companies.
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery design.
  • Knowledge of the industrial fabric and experience in technical dealings with clients.
  • Real experience in the preparation of quotations and offers to clients.
  • Previous experience coordinating people or projects is an asset.
