To accompany this evolution, we are looking for a <\/span>Procurement Director<\/strong> <\/span>who will lead the global procurement strategy and turn the purchasing function into a real lever of competitiveness.<\/p>

This is a strategic position, reporting directly to the CEO and participating in the Management Committee.<\/p>

\ud83c\udfaf Your mission<\/strong><\/p>

To define, lead and execute the global purchasing and supply chain strategy, ensuring a solid, competitive supplier network aligned with the company's growth objectives, especially in key markets such as China.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>

We are looking for a profile with business vision, leadership skills and real impact on results, capable of transforming the purchasing area into a sustainable competitive advantage.<\/strong><\/p>

\ud83d\udd11 What you will do<\/strong><\/p>

  • Define and execute the global purchasing strategy<\/li>
  • Develop and manage an international network of suppliers (special focus on China)<\/li>
  • Lead key cost negotiations, capacity and contracts<\/li>
  • Ensure supply in terms of quality, timing and competitiveness<\/li>
  • Identify opportunities for savings and continuous improvement<\/li>
  • Lead and develop the purchasing team<\/li>

      • 10 years of experience in purchasing\/supply chain in industrial or EPC environment<\/li>
      • International experience with suppliers (especially in China)<\/li>
      • High negotiation skills and cost vision<\/li>
      • Experience leading teams<\/li>
      • Strategic profile, results-oriented<\/li>
      • High level of English<\/li><\/ul>

        Experience in the use of purchasing ERP (SAP, Oracle, Navision or others) and digital procurement management tools will be an asset. We are looking for a highly data-driven profile, capable of defining and tracking procurement KPIs, analysing costs, measuring supplier efficiency and supporting decision-making through structured and reliable information.<\/strong><\/p>
